Hi all,
Thanks for the comments on my post below about the job I have accepted. I have had a few more comments from friends and former colleagues which were similarly encouraging.
Miss Lisa: very good points -- on the support as well as the annoying siblings. ;) While I do think I need a break away, somewhere with family support will be great and a big bonus I will get to see my nieces very often.
Ferijen: be as bold as you like! I start on Monday May 21, just over a week away and three weeks in time for the Queen's Birthday public holiday. :) As per my comments above, the niece factor is a great one.
Surfing: thanks, and yes, more time with the nieces will be wondrous.
Balaam: thank you for the continued prayers. The office is right next to the Newcastle Knights and Newcastle Jets (soccer team, as we call it) stadium, but I have no idea about the various codes of football so there was no consideration there. Various friends have tried to get me interested in rugby league; will they finally succeed??? No idea.

Jackie: Uncle Een is just as excited as I hope my nieces are! :) And I agree this will be an easier place for me.
Surfing: thank you for the prayers for sustaining me, and I do believe I see God leading me to this decision; but that is for another post. :)
