Congratulations to my dear friend Nila, who has found love in London and will be getting married in December next year. The wedding will be in Sydney: she is bringing her fiancé for his first trip down here -- and they'll getting married then. He proposed at the Tower of London: I did ask her if she said 'No' was he going to lock her up. :)
Wonderful news: it's such a joy to see friends happy. Many, many years! God willing, I'll be over in London town next March to meet the lucky fellow.
I have a CBT session in just over an hour, and I have a bit more homework to do on 'Predictions I've Made' vs 'What Actually Happened': I tend to love to try and guess the future and read people's minds -- generally with 0% accuracy. Writing down all the times I've done this and seeing it all in black and white -- or rather blue and white as I have a blue pen -- is helping me to see how futile such thinking can be.
