None down here, or where I worked, but a few Sydney suburbs, mainly the inner-city ones, received a rather large dumping. Photos at The Sydney Morning Herald and ABC Sydney.
I had a meeting in North Sydney (just over the Harbour Bridge) this morning, and when we were driving back to Liverpool (south-west Sydney) the clear blue skies gave way to some very dark clouds. We got a downpour of rain, but that was it. We desperately need rain: please remember us, and particularly those on the land, in this time of drought.
