Niece -- Growing and Growing

Congratulations and many, many years to my sister and brother-in-law on their third wedding anniversary: many, many years!

I visited them, and of course my niece, tonight: she is growing so quickly. I was met by her at the door with her yelling, "Een een!". Once inside she dragged me from her little chair to her toys to the pet dog to her chalkboard, and everywhere in the house in between. I read her a quick story, she joined in with 'Baaa' whenever I said, "...and the sheep said..." and pointed at various animals the sheep encountered and named them. I was also disturbed in the smallest room in the house by her banging on the door and screaming, "Een! Een!" But even that was cute. I do love being an uncle!
