O what a difference in meaning a letter can make. Our manager, wanting to send an e-mail congratulating the data entry staff on the amount of work they've got through, added a "t" to the word "busy" and sent this e-mail to all: including the General Manager. The laughter followed a visible course as people opened their email. My manager is still laughing: she did brighten up Friday afternoon at the end of a very busy working week.
