Long-suffering readers may recall my visit to Georgia in 2009 for the fantastic Georgian Chant tour. Click here for my prevous posts on Georgia and the amazing Georgian Chant experience. I can highly recommend it, not only for the wondrous experiences you will have in Georgia, but also your fine travel hosts and the small group you will travel with. A more pleasing group of companions I had when I went I would be hard-pressed to find elsewhere.
If I were not 'between jobs' (has a nicer ring then unemployed, don't you think?), I'd be signing up for this year's tour, but as it is perhaps I can look forward to a tour in 2013. Georgia calls to a wide and diverse group of people: as per the website the tour calls to world travelers, medievalists, musicians, self-educators, spiritual pilgrims, and adventurers of all varieties for an immersion experience at the crossroads of Europe and Asia. If you were wondering about where you may holiday overseas this year, and are looking for a unique and wonderful experience, click the link and let John know you are interested; you will not regret it.
