How could I forget? After breakfast we went to the shopping centre and to the wonderful Tea Centre: whose Sydney shop I haven't visited for a long time. I see they now have a shop at Rhodes, which is close to my church: I think I'll be dropping in regularly on the way home.
What a shop: and what a multitude of beautiful smells -- though my eyes watered upon smelling the Orange Chilli variety! I bought some Chai and look forward to making some tonight: following the woman-in-the-store's suggestion as to how to make it: she thought the instructions in the pamphlet weren't that good and explained to me how she best thought it done. Semele also suggested soy milk: we'll see how it all goes.
