Wow. And wow again.

I haven't laugh so hard, and so long, for a very long time. He truly is one funny fellow, with a great talent for accents of many nations, great observations and a very, very good sense of timing and wit. All manner of topics were covered, and the laughter continued with each.

I will say, there was a bit of his routine about church I didn't particularly like, but, when you go to a comedy show you can't be too precious about your beliefs and you can expect to have some part of your person offended. And, I only thought it minor: he received a death threat from it in one show which is rather extreme. Very much looking forward to him coming down here again and seeing him again.

A very nice dinner of Mushroom & Asparagus Risotto was had before-hand: I don't think I've had risotto so absolutely delicious, so perfect even, for quite some time. There are a few better feelings than a meal very much enjoyed.

More fun at the Opera House ahead: Othello by Bell Shakespeare in just under a fortnight; and Opera Australia's production of The Barber of Seville in the next few months. Still need to book the latter.
