I received the Employee of the Month award for my work and an $80- Myer(*) [department store] voucher. A surprise indeed. Thanks be to God.
For the end of financial year [we don't need much of an excuse for a feast!], an office lunch was put on: charcoal chicken, ham, pasta, salads, vegetarian lasagna, rice, baked potatoes, vegetable skewers, and a curry, together with bread rolls. Mmmmm. Very, very filling: and very, very nice. I do work for a good company, thanks and praise to God.
(*) as I usually shop at Target, I think I'll be lost among all the posh stuff. :)
