APEC seems to be causing a few dramas here, before it's really even begun. "Fortress Sydney", according to The Sydney Morning Herald: fences going up everywhere, people being urged to avoid the City... It's times like this I'm thankful I do not live or work anywhere near the city. President Bush arrives tonight also. Though, of course, the big question is what will the leaders be wearing?
Heading up on Thursday morning to Ingham for a short break, staying with my cousin. I'll fly to Townsville then catch the tilt train up to Ingham. Looking forward to the train trip [I enjoy train travel] and I'm also also looking forward to the short break. I'll be back in Sydney Monday.
