My legs are still rather sore from my first [for several years I'm guessing] Body Pump class: thought I slept like a log last night [thanks be to God; and thank you for your prayers], so there was some immediate benefit.
Body Pump never really appealed to me: give me Body Jam or RPM any day. But after speaking to the RPM instructor after class, and confessing weakness in body strength and a desire to get rid of my excess flab, she recommended I head along. She was in the class, and came over between sessions to see how I was doing and to explain the next phase and what I could expect. I really appreciated that: very nice of her to take an interest and ensure I was doing well. If my legs ever become usable again :) , I'll head back. Seriously: it was a tough workout, but far more enjoyable than I thought. It may be what I need.
