Airport at least: four hours down...just over two to go until I leave for San Francisco.
I've wandered around, checked out some gin [Bombay Sapphire / Tanqueray] and champagne [Moët & Chandon -- two friends recently got engaged, and I have a little spare money to splurge for them], grabbed lunch, wandered some more, surfed the web, read a little, wandered around, grabbed a coffee and biscuit, and now I'm on the web again.
I also rang my travel agent in Sydney -- and none of my onward flights from San Francisco were confirmed, just as my flight from Sydney wasn't. She is getting it all sorted and will call me back. Very apologetic which was nice, but who knows where the error occurred? Oh well, I've never had dramas while travelling before: perhaps I'm getting them all now!
