Our Lady of PeaceA few photos here.

A flying visit, as I mentioned in a blog in November, but a wonderful one. From Los Gatos and a bushwalk to the Shrine of our Lady of Peace Parish [and at whose bookshop I bought St Cyril of Jerusalem's Lectures on the Christian Sacraments, Pope Benedict XVI's The Meaning of Christian Brotherhoood and The Navarre Bible: Wisdom Books [Job, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Wisdom, Sirach -- thank you Anthony for taking me there! :) ] to the very posh Stanford Mall to my beloved Chelokababi Persian restaurant to a lovely crepe breakfast, I do wish I could've stayed far longer than two days. God willing I will get back next year for a longer stay. Oh, and I can't forget seeing the cute squirrels: we don't have them here.

Ramsin, Nina and MeAnd, of course, it was great to catch up with a dear friend from uni days, as well as several friends of his who have become my friends also. Thank you to Anthony who, apart from causing me to spend money at a bookstore :), took the day off work and drove me to Los Gatos where we walked, talked and drank some lovely coffee: his family are also to be thanked for the wonderful two meals I had at their place.

Thanks to all for a great time and, God willing, see you next year!
