Another most wonderful day; I am feeling very blessed -- if not a bit tired though. Thanks be to God I have a rest from food & friends tonight and tomorrow night: I am rather drained!
After church I caught up with my friend getting married [Annette] for lunch, where she had a pizza and I a calzone with pesto and ricotta. Very nice. It was then to meet a friend of hers for a coffee and catch-up, but as we had some time to spare Annette suggested a massage -- so off we went and both got a neck & shoulders massage. I am feeling rather relaxed and far less tight than I was this morning -- a wonderful feeling. We then had coffee with her friend before I came back home.
Looking forward to a nice night in with a book, and perhaps an episode or two of Season 1 of the new Doctor Who [I have seasons 1 to 4 on DVD: I am addicted].
