As yet on the e-mail I sent to the GM. Frankly I'm quite pissed off. Not even an acknowledgement. And I know he is there. I am losing more and more faith in the management of this company as time goes on...which is not a good thing. I do not understand the decision-making, particularly when it comes to IT [which is where I fit in]: if a certain decision is made on a large up-coming project I am not sure I can continue. I do not have anywhere else to go, and I do have some responsibilities [car loan, rent to parents...] -- but once I lose respect for someone, or a company, it becomes hard for me to work with them.
I have a meeting with HR tomorrow, on a different matter but related to management. A conflict occurred several weeks ago, a complaint was made and as a witness to the sad events I am being called in for an interview. Interesting times...
