Where to go? What to do?

I've just realised I will -- God willing -- be finished my TESOL Certificate in under six months.

And I have no idea what I want to do with it!

As much as I love Sydney, I'm not sure I want to be here at the moment. An odd thing to say, especially considering I've found a wonderful church which is greatly assisting me in my journey to Orthodoxy, but I do not like Sydney. The hot weather, the hectic life, the cost...

The issue is where? I wouldn't mind Adelaide or Perth. I do want to work with refugees and migrants in Australia -- that is why I set off from IT. Then again, I do want to live overseas. I had a wonderful time living in Ireland, and I really would like to live in Germany. Permanently. Or Canada. Or New Zealand. As you can tell I am rather confused.

I received the University of Sydney's Continuing Education brochure yesterday [I studied German through Continuing Education]. There is a lot to choose. I'm considering the German Conversation Class and then, maybe, Arabic. For fun. But a lot of the non-language related courses look interesting too. If only they were free! I want to do something apart from my TESOL certificate, and I'm tending towards German. I do enjoy learning and conversing in German, and it would increase my understanding of the German language should I decide to apply for a German Working Visa [I have two more years before I hit the big 3-0 and can no longer apply] and live there for a year.

Or perhaps I just need to be content here. Gah: confusion. Bleh.
