Where have I been?

Philippa, who always has something interesting to say, has a map of where she has travelled in the U.S. via this site.
I think I've travelled most extensively around Western Europe, and Germany within that region:
Having friend's scattered on either side of Canada, I've travelled a bit there:
I've only visited California [and only San Francisco, Monterrey and San José] in the United States.
In Australia I've been to every state and territory (but, excluding NSW, Victoria and Tasmania, only really in the capital city and surrounds), except the Northern Territory. We only have six states and two territories despite the fact we're almost the size of mainland U.S.A. -- and they've got 48 there!
I'd really like to visit Asia -- China and Japan especially -- and Eastern Europe. Oh, and Luxembourg so I can fill in that little bit missing in the Europe map above! And Wales. And Iceland. And... ;-)
