The final dinner for the week was at Sky Phoenix in the city. It was a Ship of Fools meet, and it was great to meet two new people [Left at the Altar and Eloise], as well as catch up with three shipmates I've had the pleasure of meeting before.
The six of us each shared in one of the banquet menus. The food was fantastic. From crispy skin chicken to sweet and sour fish to fried calamari with spicy salt and chilli and more, followed by a wonderful dessert of mango pudding and a watermelon and rockmelon platter, we feasted wonderfully.
A very enoyable evening. I've been blessed to have a great week of friends and feasting. Thanks be to God.
