While I'd never agree to violence [especially against a nun!], this thread [warning: language] on Ship of Fools expresses my frustration with people who take 14 or 15 (or even 11) items into the Ten Items or Less queue at supermarkets / department stores [and then there is my annoyance that it is not "Ten Items or Fewer"].
Add to this those people who use their credit/debit card to buy a $2 chocolate. Argh!
Grant me patience, Lord.
Update: I went to the Woolworths nearest to work at lunch today and saw a woman with a trolley stacked with groceries attempt to enter the "8 Items or Less" section. The woman at the checkout said, "I don't think so. You've got more than 8." Hooray! They'll catch up with you Semele! ;-)
