After an hiatus of far too many months, I've gone back.

I missed my favourite class, BodyJam, so I headed off to the equipment. Working out on the treadmill, cross trainer and bike got me sweating rather quickly: but it felt great to get some exercise again. I'm going to try and resume my three times a week: once for BodyJam, once for BodyCombat and once for the equipment. And perhaps BodyBalance, which I found greatly helped my posture and those aches and pains.

I do enjoy the classes: the instructors have a great sense of humour as do the people in the classes. It helps if working out is enjoyable.
