This has been a brilliant week so far. Ive already mentioned most of sunday but havnt mentioned sunday evening. JT has been trying to get me into the PC game Age of Empire. Id played bits of it but couldnt get used to it at all. After playing it for about 4 hours on sunday evening though im now completely hooked. For those who havnt heard of it, you start off in the dark ages and you have to build up your empire, by using the materials on hand which are gold, stone wood etc. and also to provide homes and food for the villagers and soldiers you create. once you do certain things you can progress to the next age and you also have to destroy the army which is either being played by another player or the computer. That night in bed all i dreamt about was this game. I was even trying to close the window it was on but then another would appear on the computer screen lol. I havnt played it again since but hopefully will in the next few days.
Monday JT was doing his youth work so i did my ironing and finally watched the last two episodes of LOST. well apart from the last 10 minutes. I stopped the tape as i was talking to ones of the youth groups moms and then ER was about to start which i also needed to tape.
Tuesday is mine and JTs date night. We really love these evenings as we just relax listening to music or play a board game or go out for a meal. This week we played a game that ive had for years called " lets buy hollywood". If you just read the instructions its really complicated but once we started playing it was really good and even better because i won. yeyyyyyyyyy
Wednesday i went out for tea with E and then we went to the cinema to watch Narnia. I wasnt expected to think much of it, but i absolutly loved it and im looking forward to the next one coming out.
Tonight i dont have badminton. We decided we were going to try out another leisure centre closer to work. We can get a court at 6.30 on a monday so that seems a better plan. So tonight we will do the weekly shop and then have a nice evening in (maybe even play age of empire ;-D )
Tomorrow after work a few of us are popping to the cinema and then JT will pick me about 8.30ish so we get the rest of the evening together. The weekend we are hoping to get some diy done and are hopefully going out for lunch after church to J & E's house.

Not sure why ive called this entry narnia, i thought i was going to mainly talk about it, but it didnt work out like that and i cant think what else to call it :-D
