The day is finally here....The diet starts tomorrow morning. I have said this many times over the years but now i really do have to do it. I get married in just over 20 months and i refuse to waddle down the aisle.
This is the official month of planning mine and james's wedding. We are both starting our savings and so i thought the perfect month (as christmas is also over) to also start my diet. So after work tonight i treated myself to a tub of Ben & jerry's chocolate fudge brownie icecream and that will be it untill im thin ( or i decide the occasional treat is ok) which in all fairness it is. Dont get me wrong im not trying to become a skinny waif. i just want to get down to a healthy weight and be able to shop in most clothes shops.
So there it is my declaration of my plans. i cant promise that i'll always stick to it but im going to give it a good go. nite all xxx
