Last couple of days have been really tiring. Yesturday after my long shift id planned my evening of chocolate and chat at a friends house, but during the day i had a couple of texts and phone calls to say there was a prayer meeting at church that night to pray for the my pastors son who had cancer a while back and he has found another lump in his neck that the doctors are worried about. We also used the time to pray for other issues in the church, so it was decided that this was a better thing to do that evening than what was origionally planned. It was a mad rush as i didnt get in till 6.30 and i had to quickly eat my tea and take a shower as i was being picked up at 7pm.
Today we had a huge dleivery at work and loads of other stuff to do, it wasnt helped by the fact that our new district manager turned up out of the blue, so the hour i spent chatting to him meant i was an hour late finishing my jobs so didnt get out again till after 6pm. My plans for tonight had changed so i have had a lovely evening relaxing. Tomorrow im on an evening shift at work. I hope this bloke who asked me out the other week doesnt come in. He seems friendly enough but im not interested at the moment and also he isnt my type anyway. He had noticed that i wasnt at work last week which is a little bizarre. Anyway apart from work i have no plans for tomorrow, but im off saturday and my nephew is here for most of the day and its a friends birthday party on the evening which i may show my face at. I wont stay for long as im at work sunday morning and its more of a family thing anyway and it means i will be able to spend more time with my nephew (who i dont get to see very often) before he goes to sleep. nite all xx
