Its been my day off today and as i still have a cold i could have so easily gone back to bed, but i had lots of things planned. First of all i went to hospital, I was a bit poorly in december and doctor booked for me to have a scan to check everything is ok. They have found something but they dont think it is anything to worry about. They didnt take a sample so im assuming all is ok. Most embarrassing thing was sitting in the waiting area with just a robe on and my shoes. I was thinking of shaving legs but they didnt look too bad, until i had got into the bright lights of the waiting room
Anyway after that i went for my gym appointment. They were really lovely and put me at ease straight away. They didnt look at my size and say anything negative. They just asked me what i wanted to do and they would help me with it, which was really good. The last few weeks have been a bit cack to say the least and ive decided that this year is the year to really take charge of my life. Im not doing these changes for anyone else but myself. Which is the only reason for doing it. So although my situation as changed, im still going to move on and do some great things with my life. Which is why ive still decided to start saving and im still going to do something about my weight. I even had a 20minute walk into town today instead of catching the bus. I always worry that my ankle or hip is going to hurt, but it didnt. I did however see one of my members of staff with loads of shopping bags arriving late for work. I then met my friend and got to see her lovely house and even lovelier new dog awwww.
anyway i really need to get some sleep so nite all xxx
