I managed to get loads of christmas pressies today, which im really pleased about. I got Vicki some L'Occitane coloured lip balms, Justine a travel pack of L'Occitane products and lisa some beautiful L'Occitane lavender bath salts in a metal tin. As you can guess L'Occitane and Molton Brown are my two fave companies for face and body products. I pay a bit more than i probably should for shower gels etc, but they last so long, they are all natural and they smell fantastic. I also love the packaging that L'Occitane stuff comes in, and they have the added wow factor that they all have brail on them. Ive just realised this is all sounding rather girly. Ive never really thought of myself as a girly girl but i supose i am in a way.
At the moment im listening to the Jamie Cullums cd which i brought for myself. It is fantastic. Its all the songs that i love like 'What a difference a day makes', 'But for now' and 'I get a kick out of you' etc. I was trying to get the Frank Sinatra's greatest hits cd as again it as some of my fave songs on it, uncluding my all time fave song which is 'The way you look tonight', but i couldnt find it.
I also managed to get my brother the jumper that he wanted.
I was about to meet up with my dad when i came across a little shop that i ended up popping into just for a browse and ending up leaving the shop £24 lighter and with two bags worth of stuff <blush>
Like i have said before, i always manage to buy a variety of random things when i go shopping. They arnt essential things, but the kind of things that you suddenly realise you need once you see them. When they have 'SALE' in the window and end up being such bargains i can never resist, as i always think i will need them at some point. Ok this is what i got for my £24. You will be impressed, honest :-)
A milk throther with two glass coasters-£3
Two bags of pebbles-£4
Two blue glass lanterns-£4
Large stripey seagrass pot-£4
Medium stripey seagrass pot-£3
Fondue set-£6
Me finding lots of bargains-priceless ( sorry couldnt resist ) hee hee
After i finally met up with my dad, he was in Argos buying fishing stuff for my nephews presents, we went and got my dads christmas present. Origionally he was only having one pair of shoes, but then we saw a second pair that were in the sale so he had both.
Im back at work tomorrow and must remember to bring home a carboard box, as i will need to pack that stuff and other things into a box to put in the loft. Its all stuff that i will eventually use, when i get my own place again.
