Due to work i dont get to make it very often so it was really good to be there and see everyone. The sermon was really good, it was about being a servent and being there to help people. We also had a couple of singers over from Washington. I think they were called 'Times two'.

Last thursday Jonathan textd me about going to the cinema to watch Matrix 3 with him and a couple of the lads from church, but as i had to work i couldnt go. I fell asleep in the cinema when we went to watch the last one, but as ive seen the other two i feel its right that i watch the last one also. I have managed to pursuade him to watch it again. I promised to buy him lunch and a 'pic n mix'. So next saturday we are going to watch it. I prefer to see it at the cinema as otherwise i will probably not get round to watch it when it comes out on video as there is always something else that id prefer to watch so this way is better :-)

I watched the most moving film i have seen in a long time tonight after church. Its called 'Antoine Fisher. True story about a lad who had a awful childhood, but battled the odds to become a strong successful young man. Its a brilliant film and i admit i did cry a fair bit.

Im getting really nervous about the interview in a couple of weeks. Im also so excited. If i get the job then it combines two things that i have wanted to do for a really long time. Work with young people and live in London. It really would be fantastic and a dream come true. I know that sounds a bit daft. My main priority is to do youth work though, so if that means not living in London then so be it. I have applied for a couple of jobs in Birmingham also, so im just praying that the right job comes along, wherever God wants me to be, as that is THE most important thing.

My provisional licence came back yesturday, so that means that my driving lessons start again on Wednesday, its going to be the first time i have drove a car in about 6 years, so im bound to be a little bit rusty. Its very exciting though, and hopefully i will be confident enough to be able to take a test soon. Im not going to rush it though and just take each lesson as it comes.
