At 12pm tomorrow im going to be allowed to drive on the roads for the first time in just over 6years. Im am soo scared but very excited also. I know i will get to a point where i will wonder why i was so worried, but at the moment i keep thinking about what a bad driver i was before, and used to get really panicy on my lessons. I really need to pass though, im going to be 29 in less than a month and i hate relying on other people for lifts.
After the lesson i am meeting up with a friend in Brum. I was meant to meet up with her last week, but i wasnt feeling very well, so i had to cancel. I am also going to take the opportunity to try and get a couple more christmas pressies. I managed to find my nephews christmas pressie today. There is a sale at the sports shop by work, so i popped over and found a really cool hooded top, with im sure he will love. It should have cost £28 and i got it for £15, so im happy about that. Its getting to be a very expensive month, but it does mean that they will all be out the way, so next month all i have to do is wrap them. This year im going for a matt finish goldy beige wrapping paper, and decorating it with cream or blue ribbon. I found a great idea in one of the home magazines, but it might be a little expensive. You can buy copper letters. They look like the ones you would put on a necklace. Its £5.99 for 26 letters. im assuming you have one of each letter of the alphabet. So if i decide to do it, then i will have to work out how many sets i would have to buy. I cant see im going to get use out of the letters X and Z so my parents gifts may have to have the names ZOM and XAD on them. hee hee
