It would never happen to Jonny Baker

After last night's alt service I am thinking of starting a new blog with this title. Jonny Baker, as some or most of you know, is the alt worship guru who works at the same place as my husband - and whose "worship tricks" we shamelessly borrow all the time.
His services are stylish, thoughtful and go with a swing. At his services, there would never be a huge fight outside when you are trying to do a labryinth, so that people have to chase robbers down the road, call the police and then offer to give statements.
The taped monologue would never get confused with the music on the other side of the tape, so that at least one worshipper was so confused that she spent ten minutes listening to some James tracks before realising she had the wrong stuff.
Jonny Baker's clay would never be so hard that it was almost impossible to mould into the shapes needed. As for the masking tape "snowball" fight we had at the end when we'd pulled the labyrinth up - well, I just don't know.
Alt worship at our church is a bit of a different experience.

And the new job? Is really, really tough, guys. Sorry i haven't blogged much. That's why. Back soon, I hope!
