Oh yes. I have failed my driving test AGAIN. That's six times (although not recently) - which is verging on the likely-to-get-in-Private-Eye. Bother. I guess everyone can't be good at everything, but this is getting embarassing. I've sobbed a bit, kicked some stuff and concluded that Worse Things Happen At Sea. (not that being able to drive would be an issue at sea anyway). Am determined I will get there in the end and have booked the next one.
Otherwise I am working from home today doing a piece of freelance work that has been bugging me for weeks. Going freelance always sounds like it might be fun, but I have concluded that I would be very bad at it. I caught myself dancing with the cat to REM's Losing My Religion earlier (losing my sanity, more like), and have drunk more cups of tea than I have ever managed before. I have also written 900 words, but that doesn't seem like enough and I'm missing the office gossip.
Yesterday I opened my bible reading notes and read "have you ever felt like a failure?" (this related to Elisha, apparently). Oh yes, Scripture Union, rather more often than I'd care to admit.
