End of intermission

I've had a very welcome few days away in Bruges with Mr F. For various reasons this is the first time we've managed to go on holiday together in nearly three years. If I can work out how to get pictures off my phone, (I forgot my camera) I might have a couple to show you. Don't expect it too soon though.

Now the only downside to this particular holiday was that I brought back a nasty cold that is still hanging around. Not conducive to essay writing at all so I'm sitting here looking at a pile of books, trying to figure out which ones I should read first and surrounded by an ever-increasing pile of used tissues (nice image eh?).

So rather than blogging, I will get back to work and see how much I can get done today.
