The skies have just gone dark and, after a moment of ominous stillness, the rain has arrived with a vengeance. Looks as if the storm has hit us after all.
I was rather amused this morning by the comment of the cleaning lady at Classic FM, relayed to listeners by the lovely guy who does the morning show. Apparently, "It's a judgement". By whom, for what I know not, but there you go.
It is so satisfying to be able to blog about the weather. As an English person this is right slap, bang in the middle of my comfort zone.
Well, the rain appears to be lessening now. Given that I type quite quickly and have only typed four paragraphs, I'm guessing that wasn't the main bit of the storm. Perhaps I'll keep you posted.
