This week has been interesting, in a "where on earth has all the time gone" sort of a way.
My lack of blogging is only partly due to not having time. It is mostly due to the time I do have for blogging being when I am not by my computer - there's planning. However, I have now purchased a little something from Dell which will assist with this matter - it should be delivered in the next few days. Yes, we've bought a laptop. I have had to promise that I will do proper work on it too as well as blogging.
Now you may have noticed that I have been quite vague about what I am doing at the moment. Some of you know already through having met me at Greenbelt, or knowing me for a very long time. I think that it is only fair that I disclose a few details to those who are geographically distant. So, I am an ordinand (future priest) in the Church of England, currently training at an undisclosed location somewhere in England.
College stuff is taking up most of my waking hours at the moment, so the effort required to have enough adventures to fill a blog without talking about it is too difficult. I don't particularly want future parishioners to read all about me on here before I go there, so I may well change details of timing, nomenclature and location of vicarish events. I would, however, like to talk a bit about what it is like to be training, how I got this far and things like that. This sort of information would have been useful to me when I was first thinking about it.
OK?
