Competition

I am not feeling very competitive tonight. This is a good thing.

If I was feeling competitive, I would be very upset that I had taught Mr F how to play Yahtzee and he had repaid the compliment by beating me 4 games to 1. I would then be further upset by the fact that he won at poker, easily.

Since I am not feeling competitive, I am not upset and I am sitting here enjoying some of my Christmas single malt and chilling out.

I added a coat of varnish to the top of the ongoing woodwork project earlier, but it is still not shiny enough. I am hoping that one more coat will do the trick. After that I will assemble it and post pictures. This will not be this evening due to my lack of dexterity post-whisky.
