I may have overdone my enthusiasm for the action songs I have been teaching the kids this week at holiday club: my legs do not work anymore, especially when trying to sit down or climb stairs.
Not to worry, there are only a few more days to go and I shall enlist some helpers tomorrow to bounce around and be enthusiastic while I shout encouragement from the side.
On the plus side, it seems that presented with a roomful of kids, I can keep them amused or at least occupied and not talk too much rubbish. This was the cause of great stress over the last few days.
