Introducing...

Kittens are difficult to photograph because they move fast. However, we caught them yesterday so here they are:

Persephone (which I persist in shortening to Seph, much to Mr F's disapproval) is at the front and Esme at the back. Esme is named for Granny Weatherwax of Discworld and Persephone was suggested by a friend.

That disapproving look is because we keep disturbing them. Persephone seems to be a sounder sleeper than Esme.

The differences in character are amazing. Persephone is the brains of the outfit, while Esme is the explorer and general vandal. This evening we have been working (semi-successfully) on turning them into lapcats.
