Placement

I'm more than half way through my placement now. I don't see how that can be since it only feels like a couple of days since I started, but the calendar does not lie.

I'm having to write some proper, serious, backed up with quotes and footnotes theological reflection, but I'm also reflecting on some other things which are perhaps not quite as appropriate for that format:

There should be caffeine warnings on the placement handbook. I think the average ccpd* is about 6.

Also, along similar lines, a reminder about planning trips to the loo, or else exercising super-human bladder control.

The relationship between churchmanship/involvement with church and the number and type of biscuits offered to placement students: Discuss.

How long should a visit last? Is the first time longer, or shorter? What if it is the only time?

Suggestions for pre-placement reading: Watching the English, by Kate Fox. I read it last summer and have been making use of many of her observations.
