I have tweaked some settings on my computer and I am now happily online again and able to complete all required tasks.
In other words, I can Facebook, blog, email and read my feeds.
Various people are moving back in and college is really starting to get going again. Now I just have to get into supreme-memory-of-names mode. I may decide to call everyone Bob - it might make things simpler.
