I am sitting watching Michael Palin's New Europe and I am puzzled. He seems to be including some really, really bizarre things during his trip.
Mr F says it is just a (slightly) more respectable version of Eurotrash.
Today was BCP Evensong Sunday at Church. Despite a choir which was even more diminished that usual, it was really rather enjoyable. As has happened on several times previously, the tenor who sits immediately behind me fell asleep during the first paragraph of the sermon and stayed asleep, snoring loudly, until the final hymn was announced. That is quite a skill there. The poor guy who was preaching looked a little put out by this state of affairs.
That nice Mr Palin has now stopped Belly Dancing or watching camels fight and is talking to someone who lives in a Fairy Chimney.
In other news, Esme is in disgrace for bringing lots of mud into the kitchen. Persephone is being very purry and trying to get my full attention.
In other other news, I have nearly finished the first sock.
