In a idle moment last night, I caught a few minutes of the Top 40 Vicar of Dibley moments. Now, as you can imagine, I have some fairly ambivalent feelings about Dibley, but one of the quotes from the accompanying 'experts' rather tickled me.

Respectable, middle-aged Ordained Lady:

People often ask how Geraldine knows all the jokes at the end of the show. It's obvious isn't it? She learnt them at theological college.
'Theological colleges are saucy places'

Marvellous, although I wish it were a little more true. Mine certainly has its fair share of infantile humour, but saucy? Not usually.
