The best cat toy

The best cat toy is a large crisp packet folded into a triangle with the ends tucked in. The cats will play with them for hours, or until they lose them under the freezer, fridge or washing machine. Esme has managed to put at least three out of reach under an appliance within the last half an hour.

This is all very well, but they don't seem particularly interested in the top of the range scratching post with integral dangly bits that my sister bought them for Christmas. I know they have used it, because the base is covered in fluff, but it would be nice to be able to take a picture of them using it. Ah well.

I am now turning off the internet so I can do some work. Back tomorrow.
