Much more civilized? (See post below) I don't think so.
For various reasons I won't go into, this is my first time on the internet since Monday. I'm not even going to try and speculate on what the weekend might be like.
Despite all the alarums and excursions, the quiet day was an oasis of tranquillity. All retreat centres (and Christian places in general) should invest in quality sofas to sit on. Wood-burning stoves optional.
On another note, I love these pens.
