Picture this: you're having caffeine withdrawals because you're out of milk, and black coffee is not your... er, cup of tea. Add to this the fact that you have recently eaten and enjoyed chocolate coated whole coffee beans. You also happen to have some UNcoated coffee beans in the fridge waiting for grinding and plunging once you get some milk.
Don't make the mistake of thinking that plain, uncoated coffee beans might be a crunchy way of getting a caffeine fix. They are strong, very gritty and dry and as such do not make a recommended mid-morning snack.
