Time :: 9:30am
Temperature :: -4 deg C
Conditions :: Still snowing lightly with a soft breeze. We had another 25cm yesterday and last night, and the forecast is for more snow all week!

We might go out this morning, not sure, it will be heavenly deep and soft but the weather's still a bit yuck. I think we'll judge it when Leash eventually gets out of bed (she's got the morning off).

We went and saw Ash Grunwald last night at the Genny, he was awesome. He plays blues, solo with a guitar and a couple of foot pedals. One pedal is a bass drum sound (digital, ie there's no actual drum) the other is a tambourine. And he also did this thing in a couple of songs where he'd press something with his foot and record two or four bars of rhythm and then they'd play in a loop as he jammed with it. And he had a fantastic voice, too.

It made a nice change, most of the "live" music up here is DJs. And he inspired me to grow dreadies.
