Darts finals were really cool last night, they had a little stage set up with a dartboard under spotlights, a big score board and a guy standing on a table scoring, a PA with a competant announcer and even a video camera broadcasting the action onto a big screen tv. Wow. Last year's champions "Doggie Style" won again, defeating "Team 180" 4-1. Doggie Style is thus named because they are formed from the workers at "Hot Doggies", a small fast food vendor in Hotham Central.
In other exciting news, we're going home tomorrow! Not permanently, just for the weekend. We (mostly Elicia) have organised breakfasts, lunches, afternoon teas, dinners and walks along the beach with various parties, so it's going to be a chockers 2.5 days. It will be good to see everyone, but it seems kind of funny visiting home just two weeks before the end of the season when we are returning properly anyway. Oh well, it's a good excuse to see everyone!
