My parents arrived home safely from the semi-West yesterday, so we were back in our sharehouse last night. But it's only another week now until we move into our new house! It's all happened very quickly, and I feel a little disconcerted. We've taken a largish sum of money from our savings to pay for the bond and first month's rent, and while it's good to have the money there (better than having none) I'm meant to be saving up to pay the Very Large Tax Bill I was left with at the end of last financial year, and instead our bank balance is going backward. It's all about trust at the moment!
