Stress doesn't exist

I heard that on the Breakfast News this morning. Apparently it doesn't, according to some person who's just written a book about how stress is a phenomenon created by the Stress Management industry and a few people who can't cope with life. 'People didn't get stressed dodging the Doodlebugs on the way into work in the Blitz', we were told.

So now I know that work is just making me feel anxious, upset, angry and depressed; by turns murderous and resigned. But I'm not stressed, because stress doesn't exist.

I feel the pressure lifting already.
