went out with a friend this morning, the weather looked unpredictable, and it was!
one of the windiest runs i've done for a long time.
despite the wind andy (who is generally quicker than me... i blame the long legs) the 10miles was good and quick and a personal best over that route for me (although i'm still suspicious as to how far it actually is).
just a week to go till the race, must try out the txt blogging feature so i can report back live from the scene!
