well i've had an easy week training wise, trying to shake off the cold that caught up with me.
but with only a short time before the next race (half marathon) i thought i;d best get the legs moving again and hopefully put some speed back in them after all the long runs.
so as it was thursday i ran easy to the gym, pegged it round with the quick group & then nice & fast home.
on the way home i was snuck up on from behind by some saracens! who are a local running club.... who overtook me but did a good job of pacing me fast right to my front door!
