feeling a bit achy after the excellent weekend.. i could certainly feel it on the way up the stairs at work earlier!

but back in training now with a rather scary looking combination of marathon and triathlon training programmes. so monday was down as 1250m swim, i've been using these sessions so i plumped for workout 1 at 1500m.

unfortunately by the time i'd dug out my kit and got to the pool i only had 25mins before it closed! not having swum for a few weeks it didn;t feel particularly smooth or quick but at least the pool was nice and quiet.
i set my watch for 2mins15 and started each of the 8 100s when it bleeped, this meant i got a longer rest than i was meant to, which was ok since i haven't done it for a while.
i managed to complete the set of 8 100s before getting worried about being chucked out, so abandoned the 200m cool down (naughty me!).

felt a bit dodgy getting changed and was a bit worried i might see my dinner again, but it settled when i got home and rehydrated.
