The ministerial career of Rev. "Gerald" Ambulance was in tatters today as fresh revelations about his private life came to light.

Ambulance, real name Angela, 94, has been well-known to British television viewers as the host of the religious topical quiz show "Have I Got Good News For You". However, (s)he was forced to quit the programme after allegations of having been seen attending a solemn High Mass at St Ignoramus, Paddington. Earlier in the week, Ambulance was claimed to have received sacramental confession at the hands of a local Anglo-Catholic priest.

Ambulance's book, "Give Me Your Money, You Sad Pathetic Bastards Who'll Buy Any Old Crap, And Anyway Half The Jokes Belong To Simon Parke", was recently seen in the "Ministry" section in SPCK. However, later visits confirmed that by now it had been moved to the "Christian Paperbacks" shelf next to the like of Rowan Williams and Benny Hinn.
